The services, their delivery, and outcomes are solely the responsibility of the respective Vendors. BookMyCare shall not be liable for any issues, disputes, losses, or damages arising from services rendered by these Vendors.

4. What We Do Not Do
To maintain complete transparency, it is important to clarify the following:

BookMyCare does not own, operate, or manage any beauty, wellness, or healthcare service centers.

BookMyCare does not control or supervise any services or treatments provided by Vendors.

BookMyCare does not intervene or mediate in service-related disputes, claims, or dissatisfaction between Users and Vendors.

BookMyCare does not handle payments beyond initiating appointment charges through third-party payment gateways.

BookMyCare does not store sensitive payment information such as credit/debit card numbers, UPI IDs, CVV, or OTP.
All transactions and service arrangements are conducted directly between the User and the Vendor.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes. However, we may share your information in the following situations:

BookMyCare expressly disclaims all liabilities associated with service delivery, personal injury, medical advice, treatment outcomes, or financial loss arising from service transactions facilitated via our Platform.
