BookMyCare’s role is limited to facilitating the scheduling and booking of appointments through its application and website.

BookMyCare does not provide, manage, supervise, control, endorse, or guarantee any services offered by Vendors listed on the Platform. The services, their delivery, and outcomes are solely the responsibility of the respective Vendors. BookMyCare shall not be liable for any issues, disputes, losses, or damages arising from services rendered by these Vendors.

 

2. Information We Collect

When you use the BookMyCare Platform, we collect information to provide and improve our services, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations. The types of data we collect include:

 

a) Personal Information

When registering an account, booking appointments, or communicating with us, you may provide personal information, including:

• Full name

• Mobile phone number

• Email address

• Gender (optional)

• Date of birth (optional)

• Address (optional if requested during booking)

 

b) Booking and Transaction Information

When you make an appointment, we collect:

• Details of your booking (Vendor, service selected, date and time)

• Booking confirmation and status

• Payment confirmation status (Note: BookMyCare does not store or process any payment details such as card or UPI numbers. Payments are handled by secure third-party payment gateways like Razorpay.)

 

c) Device and Usage Data

When you use our Platform, we automatically collect certain information from your device, including:

• Device type, brand, model, and operating system

• IP address

• App usage logs

• Mobile network information

• Geolocation data (only with explicit user consent for locating nearby Vendors)

• Information about how you use our application, including pages visited, time spent, and actions taken

 

d) Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies to collect and store information about your use of the Platform, including session information, preferences, and device identifiers. This data helps us enhance platform performance, personalize your experience, and provide relevant communications.

• To communicate booking confirmations, reminders, cancellations, or modifications

• To comply with legal, regulatory, tax, or governmental obligations

Important Clarification:
BookMyCare’s responsibility is restricted to appointment bookings made via its Platform. We do not provide or guarantee the services, treatments, or consultations arranged through the Platform.

 

4. What We Do Not Do

To maintain complete transparency, it is important to clarify the following:

• BookMyCare does not own, operate, or manage any beauty, wellness, or healthcare service centers.

• BookMyCare does not control or supervise any services or treatments provided by Vendors.

• BookMyCare does not intervene or mediate in service-related disputes, claims, or dissatisfaction between Users and Vendors.

• BookMyCare does not handle payments beyond initiating appointment charges through third-party payment gateways.

• BookMyCare does not store sensitive payment information such as credit/debit card numbers, UPI IDs, CVV, or OTP.

All transactions and service arrangements are conducted directly between the User and the Vendor.

 

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes. However, we may share your information in the following situations:

• With Vendors: To communicate appointment details necessary for booking confirmation.

• With Payment Gateways: To process booking charges securely through integrated third-party services such as Razorpay.

• With Third-Party Service Providers: Who assist in hosting, analytics, customer support, or operational management, under strict confidentiality agreements.

• With Law Enforcement, Government Authorities, or Regulatory Bodies: If legally required under applicable law or in good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary for legal proceedings, regulatory compliance, or to protect our legal rights.

Any disputes, issues, damages, or losses incurred from services booked through BookMyCare are solely between the User and the respective Vendor. BookMyCare expressly disclaims all liabilities associated with service delivery, personal injury, medical advice, treatment outcomes, or financial loss arising from service transactions facilitated via our Platform.
